Products from G. Bruce Design are hand-made with great care and we hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the printing process we use there can be minor colour variation in different printing batches. Please note that can it also be variation in colour on products displayed on the homepage and how they appear in reality. Variation can be due to photographic, web and software limitations, which we cannot be held responsible for.

To order products from G. Bruce Design please use our web shop. Choose which products you like to order, how you want to pay and delivery address. A confirmation of the order will be sent to the stated e-mail address shortly after your order has been placed. All prices in the shop are inclusive Swedish sales tax.

| Delivery & cost |
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only). Delivery is made by Posten and it takes normally 1-2 days within Sweden. The parcel will arrive at your closest point of delivery. If you need your items sooner please contact us and we will try and get them to you as quickly as possible. Exact time of delivery will be specified on the confirmation of orders. If a product should be out of stock we will contact you and let you know when you can expect it to be delivered.
Shipping cost when ordering in Sweden is 7,9 € per delivery. If a package doesn't get picked up the customer will be charged a fee of 25 € covering the cost it would cause us. The fee will cover costs for service, packing, wrapping, shipping cost, any cash on delivery and return freight.
The shipping cost within the Scandinavian countries and Europe is 20 €. No Swedish sales tax will be charged when ordering from countries outside Europe. Prices don't include any import duty, taxes or customs duty in country of destination. The receiver is responsible for the above mentioned cost when the products are delivered. | Payment |
Method of payment is chosen in the check out after you have placed your order and you can choose between card payment and cash on delivery (only for customers in Sweden).
Card payment is possible with VISA and MasterCard according to agreement between us, the web shop service Textalk and DIBS. Your information will be handled with confidentiality and delicate information such as credit card number and signature code will be handled with highest security by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Credit card information will not be stored but will be transfered directly to the payment system.
With cash on delivery the products must be paid where at the arrival depot. The cost for cash on delivery is about 5,2 € and is only possible in Sweden.

| Right of exchange & return |
Returning right and the right to exchange is valid within 14 days from the day you receive your delivery. Before you return your products please contact us at info@gbrucedesign.se. Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for any products lost in transit without proof of sending. The customer will have to pay for the return freight and please return the products in their original packaging and unused to G. Bruce Design, Mårmässvägen 9, 653 46 Karlstad, Sweden. The refund will be paid to your account when we have received the returned product.
If we should have delivered the wrong product, if the product is damaged or if there is a defect in manufacturing we will replace the product with a new one or give you a refund covering the products value and return freight.
